ErosHeaven provides editorial catalog information for adults. Availability, prices and delivery conditions shown by a third-party retailer are controlled by that retailer and should be confirmed on its website before ordering.
Partner purchases
When you follow a partner offer, your purchase contract is with the named retailer. Its terms, returns policy and privacy notice apply. ErosHeaven may receive a commission as described in the affiliate disclosure.
Accuracy
We work to keep edition and offer information accurate, but publishers and retailers may change their listings. Please report errors through our contact page.
Consumer mediation — CM2C
For a consumer dispute concerning goods or services supplied by SEL CONSULTING, first send a written complaint to stock@erosheaven.com. If the dispute remains unresolved, you may refer it free of charge to CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice), within one year of your written complaint, subject to the admissibility requirements.

Pour un litige de consommation relatif à des biens ou services fournis par SEL CONSULTING, adressez d’abord une réclamation écrite à stock@erosheaven.com. Si le litige reste sans solution, vous pouvez saisir gratuitement CM2C dans l’année suivant votre réclamation écrite, sous réserve des conditions de recevabilité.
